Services
A.I. I.T. Guy LLC provides website, automation, AI messaging, and related setup and support services for businesses. The scope and price of each project are confirmed in writing before work begins.
SMS program
Program name: A.I. I.T. Guy Updates. Purpose: messages about your inquiry, appointment scheduling, and service updates, and marketing messages only if you opted in to them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@myaiitguy.com or call (414) 441-3553. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Payments
Setup fees and monthly fees are due as stated in your agreement. Monthly service continues until cancelled with written notice.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, A.I. I.T. Guy LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
